This unit looks at the effect of communication within all aspects in the health sector. It looks at the importance of ensuring you communicate using the individual’s preferred methods of communication and how to observe reactions to support the communication cycle. The unit aim is to gain an understanding of how to deliver quality standards of service. You will look at legislation, policies and procedures in the health sector.
