This course has been developed to provide Therapists and Practitioners with a convenient method of gaining the necessary Grade 4 endorsed learning needed to offer Laser & Light Hair Removal and Skin Rejuvenation treatments. The course is divided into modules. There are four theory modules, plus a practical module which allows Intermed to assess a learner’s Hair Removal and Skin Rejuvenation practical skills. If the learner does not have access to suitable equipment, the practical assessment can be carried out at one of the parent company’s (Skin Group International Ltd) fully equipped centres.
Module 5a – The Practical Skills Portfolio module of this Learning Path.
This module allocates an assignment to the learner which asks the candidate to create certain video clips and other supporting evidence as a “Zip” file. This compressed file is then attached to the Assignment response system which when submitted alerts the Intermed Assessor to review and grade the material.
